Born from real-world frustration
RossOps was born out of frustration from watching the same painful cycle play out: equipment breaks down, the root cause isn't obvious, everyone scrambles for hours, then the right person shows up and fixes it in minutes. We all then forget about it and move on. Until it happens again.
It is named after a reliability engineer who ran CI projects with Loïc at Nestlé.
